Mr. Creo frequently conducts presentations and offers educational programs on mediation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), arbitration, decision making, negotiation, and the application of neuroscience in the legal field. He also authors publications on these topics.

Impartial Dispute Resolution Services (IDRS) is a conflict resolution and educational resource center, founded by Robert A. Creo in 1990 to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution services. IDRS customizes presentations and training sessions to educate lawyers, neutrals, human resource professionals, risk managers, and executives. Since 2006, IDRS has been an approved as an Accredited Provider by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board.
Mr. Creo offers a variety of online and in-person courses and workshops through IDRS and his affiliate organization, Happy Effective Lawyer, which focuses on best practices for effectively representing clients and practicing law with joy. Workshops for CLE credits are open to all attorneys in Pennsylvania and are available for hosting at law firms or in-house legal departments. Mr. Creo strives to abide by Pennsylvania's Code of Civility for Lawyers and frequently uses it as a reference and a teaching aid during his presentations. Presentations: 1980 – 2003 Mr. Creo also presented on a variety of topics in previous years covering arbitration, mediation, negotiations, ethics, employment law, and conflict resolution. International Presentations Mr. Creo has presented in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Serbia, England, and Italy, and he was also selected as a Fulbright Scholar for the United States State Department. He has dual Italian citizenship and has conducted extensive mediator training in Italy (Milano, Naples, Palermo, Roma), including multi-day sessions annually from 2000-2011. |
